Sales Executive for Science/ Pathology Client – Based at White City – West London

£20,000 plus with additional monthly bonuses OTE £27,000

My Client, one of the leading companies within the health services sector and operate offices in London, Europe, Middle East and Asia are seeking a sales executive role dealing with warm leads.

They are looking for an ambitious achiever, an individual who can approach their role with a sense of urgency, is highly organised and is able to set and achieve ambitious goals.

The Role

The Sales Executive will work alongside the Sales Manager and support the Head of Business Development to increase sales in the UK and ensure that we retain a prominent position in their market. The role is primarily focused on increasing sales by following up and converting leads.

Job Purpose:

  • To speak to prospective clients.
  • To follow up with leads and respond to their questions about our service
  • To follow up with leads and convert them to sales
  • Keep accurate and detailed records of calls made and results achieved on the CRM System
  • To work towards and meet monthly team targets
  • To increase the UK Sales by following up with clinics, hospitals and affiliates using CRM task manager
  • Maintaining awareness of sales and business development opportunities amongst competitors
  • Generate appointments with consultants and key managers for management
  • To maintain records of all referrals from our affiliate partner network
  • To maintain Third Party Agreements (TPAs) with all consultants, clinics and hospitals on a 2-year rotation
  • Making outbound calls to prospective clinics, hospitals and affiliates and gathering information
  • Collection of channel data and monthly target setting with manager
  • Ensuring product knowledge is kept up to date

To be considered for this role, Ideal candidates will have: -

  • Be educated to degree level or equivalent
  • Retail experience
  • Ideally a Science Graduate
  • Telesales or Sales experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Good people skills
  • Flexibility with hours.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and organise tasks.
  • Happy to work in West London
