Immediate opportunity has arisen to work for this global Property organisation for a Facilities Coordinator to efficiently deliver facilities and office management services to the offices.

This is a great position for someone who is proactive and highly organised.

Duties will include:

  • First point of contact for facilities related issues, working with/delegating to others to ensure timely resolution
  • Ensuring all facilities issues are logged
  • Ensure CAFM compliance rating does not drop below 85%
  • Monitoring own and team mailbox and phone lines to ensure emails/calls are responded
  • Carrying out office inspections
  • Liaising with contractors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services/suppliers
  • Adding new starter photos to ensure complete records
  • Assisting with ISO documentation, systems, processes and orders
  • Managing and maintaining systems, process and orders
  • Creating relevant reports
  • Maintaining access control and CCTV system
  • Checking invoices and aligning with delivery notes
  • Booking first aid / fire warden training courses

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Prior experience in a facilities role
  • Knowledge of ISO Standards is desirable
  • Excellent organisational and administration skills
  • Excellent computer literacy and be confident MS Office user
  • Strong initiative and be proactive
  • Able to work unsupervised and prioritise workload to meet deadlines
  • Be confident and clear communicator
  • Able to remain calm under pressure
  • Available to start immediately

This is a temporary position to start asap until the end of March. There could be long-term prospects.
