Are you passionate about gaining valuable experience within a fast-paced marketing department?

Due to experiencing an exciting period of growth, an award-winning residential developer based in the heart of Manchester city centre requires a web-savvy and enthusiastic Junior Marketing Administrator to play a vital role within the Communications team.

You’ll primarily be responsible for maintaining property listings and online content for the parent business and its umbrella companies, including its professional lettings division. This is an exceptional opportunity to develop knowledge within different areas of the property industry and kickstart your marketing career.


  • Maintain property listings across multiple channels, including Rightmove, Student.com and company websites
  • Ensure all content is consistently up to date and presented appropriately
  • Handle social media enquiries when required
  • Manage the importing of data for certain channels, e.g. email
  • Keep any relevant logs and data spreadsheets consistently up to date
  • Answer internal and external calls for the Communications team
  • Assist the Communications team when necessary on projects
  • Participate in ad-hoc duties when necessary


  • You will have achieved a 2:1 or first-class honours degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism or related and have around one years experience in administration or marketing
  • You’ll be a passionate, proactive and organised individual, with a keen interest in starting your career in marketing
  • You’ll have the ability to be meticulous yet efficient when it comes to managing large amounts of data
  • You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbally
  • The ability to adapt to an ever-changing and fast-paced environment
  • IT Essential: Word, Excel, Email. 
  • IT Desirable: Any experience of social media such as twitter, Facebook and Instagram, posting onto Rightmove and GetResponse (email marketing software)
