Receptionist

Belfast

Working – 30 – 35 Hours per week on a rota

Working 5 days out of the 7 ( this will include weekends)

You will be working within a small team who oversee the running of Student Accommodation. You will help provide the day-to-day running of the property and its community including marketing, logging building maintenance, administration. You will also be a part of the team that promotes and maintains an excellent resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals and provide exceptional customer service to the Students who live there.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greeting at the front of house.
  • Answering phones.
  • Sorting post.
  • Dealing with enquires at the reception.
  • Logging maintenance faults.
  • Develop good relationships with students.
  • Helping to organise, promote and host events.
  • Organise guarantor / tenancy agreements for students arriving in September.
  • Chasing up documents.
  • Engage and monitor the work of a small housekeeping team in a fast-paced environment

This job will be great for an outgoing and friendly individual, who likes to put the customers' needs first. Be a team player, with the ability to create a friendly and welcoming first impression, and have the following experience and skills:

  • Someone with confidence.
  • Much be well presented
  • Good standard of verbal and written communication
  • Much speak fluent English
  • Should be responsive and enthusiastic
  • Enjoys dealing with face-to-face customers.
  • Must have politeness in using the phone.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous proven office experience and is looking for an immediate start.
