Customer Service Advisor - Sheffield


4pm-9pm 4 on and 4 off will include weekends

Working as part of a team to provide day-to-day management of the property and its community including marketing, building maintenance and tenancy administration and promotes and maintains an excellent resident experience to achieve occupancy and retention goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet and greet
  • Room inspections
  • Room itinerary’s
  • Health and safety checks
  • Meeting students
  • Admin Supports
  • Logging Maintenance faults
  • Helping with queries
  • Logging Parcels and post

We are looking for a candidate who has previous proven office experience and is looking for an immediate start.
