A fantastic opportunity has arisen for two Client Account Co-ordinator’s to provide support to the Account Management team to one of the UK’s leading pathology laboratory in their private clinic based in the heart of Central London. 

You will be representing this fantastic organisation and ensuring high quality personal service is given to clients at all time.

Other duties include:

  • Raising and resolving queries and issues via phone and email which include booking/monitoring couriers, results and test information, account and finance issues, chasing results and specific tests to ensure turn-around-times are being met, in an efficient and friendly manner.
  • Providing support to the Sales and Service department as well as general administration
    • Making sure queries and complaints are dealt with at the appropriate level where required.
    • Provide data reports and statistics to clients to anticipate their needs.
    • Attend and participate in service meetings with clients to discuss how the service is going and how it can be improved and to implement the necessary changes.
    • To become familiar with the telephone system, IT equipment and all associated software needed to perform the role.
    • To communicate with staff and clients at a senior level in a friendly and helpful manner at all times.
    • Liaising with other departments to ensure continued smooth running of departmental processes.
    • Other duties that may occur.

To be considered for this exciting opportunity, you must possess:

  • Good general standard of education, preferably a science degree, or equivalent
  • Experience of working within the healthcare field is ideal but not a necessity.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • The ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team.
  • Highly skilled in use of Microsoft Office
