About The Role

Busy corporate communications team seeking a proactive and positive Communications Executive to support and assist in‐house department and support the team with all corporate, internal and media communications activity with a primary focus on.

The role is weighted towards supporting internal communications, events, and engagement, with slightly less support required with media activity.


Key Accountabilities

  • Developing and drafting communications materials for print, digital, online, and digital content, including internal newsletters, website copy and social media channels
  • Supporting the development and delivery of internal events, including conferences, town halls and webinars.
  • Managing annual communications calendar
  • Liaising Engaging with teams within across the business to gather PR leads and prepare media stories
  • Drafting, editing, and uploading digital content onto our internal communications platforms and external website
  • Supporting the communication and engagement activity’s around national and global project rollouts
  • Prepare reports, presentations, briefings, and supporting General team administration – booking and preparing meetings, invoicing, preparing quarterly reports, etc.

Desired Knowledge, Skills & Experience

The ideal candidate will be comfortable interfacing at all levels of the organization and have a proven track record in understanding business agendas and pro-actively translating this into high‐ quality, creative communications that are relevant and engaging.

  • 2‐3 years’ experience working within a communications or marketing environment, ideally within professional services
  • Exceptional organisational and planning skills , with the ability to effectively manage conflicting priorities.
  • Confidence when engaging with a range of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Excellent writing skills for business is a must
  • Experience supporting events
  • Experience of producing digital content and communication materials.
  • Strong IT skills
  • Ability to edit video with Adobe Rush, SharePoint and Concep experience would be a bonus
