One of the UK’s leading pathology and scientific organisation is urgently seeking a highly motivated Recruitment Administrator/Coordinator to start immediately. This is a part home/office based position

You will be responsible for providing efficient and accurate administrative support to the Recruitment Manager during this busy time.


  • Coordinate and support the end to end recruitment process including, posting job adverts, preparing offer letters and contracts, conducting pre-employment checks on all new employees which includes checking ID’s and requesting and following up references
  • Compliance checks of candidates
  • Booking candidates onto the Staff Bank system and maintaining availability
  • Ensure new starters are set up and internal moves are communicated in a timely manner with Payroll
  • Screening candidates over the phone/MS Teams
  • Ensure recruitment database is up to date
  • Support recruitment team with any other requirements


  • Minimum 2 years previous recruitment admin experience
  • Prior experience of working in a busy HR office environment
  • Experience of e-recruitment systems
  • Excellent time management skills with ability to prioritise workload
  • Clear and accurate written and verbal communications
  • Excellent IT skills including Excel, databases etc
  • Strong team player, efficient and hardworking
  • CIPD or part CIPD qualified is desirable
