Office Manager / Finance Administrator

Manchester City Centre

£25,000 - £30,000

Mon – Fri, 9am – 5pm

My client is a respected fintech business focusing on financial services, looking for an Office Manager/Finance Administrator to help support their business. This is a unique opportunity to become part of a successful team of professionals and work with a portfolio of business areas.

Currently working 3 days per week in the office and two days a week from home.

Duties:

  • Acting as the Bookkeeper for the Company
  • Managing monthly accounts up to Trial Balance
  • Management Reports
  • Bank reconciliation and posting prepayments and accruals
  • Ensure regular liaison with multiple clients
  • Completing VAT returns
  • Payroll
  • Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Tax Management
  • Day to day management of the office 

Experience Required

  • A minimum of two year's experience acting as a Finance Administrator and Office Manager
  • Ideally you will have gained experience from a small to medium sized business
  • Must be a confident communicator
  • The role involves travelling to the Manchester office 3 days a week and 2 days working from home for the time-being
  • Ideally proficient in using Xero
